1997 Revisited: Under the Whelming Tide

The 10 year anniversary of the winter of 1996 – 1997. Featuring Ebb Tide by Barton Benes of New York, Mitzuo Toyazaki of Kobe Japan, who watched the flood ravish Grand Forks from his home and mounted an exhibition in a Kyoto gallery for the benefit of the Museum, Flood Murals by children of Grand Forks and select photos from Under The Whelming Tide, which told the story of the 1997 flood of Grand Forks, ND and East Grand Forks, MN.
