September 28 – November 5, 1995
The installation Post Testament is composed of bound and printed books that resemble valuable literary volumes. Printed in English, the contents are the melding of several pre-existing texts.
The main text is from King James version of the New Testament, and its sub-text is extracted from contemporary literature.
The secondary text contains graphic descriptions of western civilization’s obsession with money and violence.
Ultimately, the mass of unreadable books become a testament to the confusion of living in twentieth century society.
