2025-26 Music in the Schools Reservation Form

On the Monday following each concert, musicians performing in Concerts in the Galleries are available for outreach events in K-12 schools in Grand Forks and surrounding communities. Reservations are accepted on a first-come first-served basis, with priority given to first-time audiences. Faculty and staff at participating schools are welcome to attend any of the Museum’s Sunday afternoon concerts at no charge. In most cases, outreach programs are free and require no special equipment or formal performance space.

After the conclusion of the concert we may request feedback about your event in the form of a brief questionnaire that may be completed by teachers, students, staff or anyone else in attendance. We use the documentation for evaluation purposes and to provide information to our sponsors. For these purposes, photographs and short videos are also helpful, although not mandatory.(Required)
