Preferred Residency Dates

McCanna House is open from June 1 – September 30, with residencies ranging from 2 – 4 weeks. Please specify your first and second choice of stay. Note: dates will be adjusted accordingly by the selection committee to accommodate maximum number of residencies.

Why is it important for you to have this time in a relatively secluded rural environment? What do you intend to accomplish during the residency? We do not expect finished product, but require that the time be spent productively.

CV and artist bio, along with work examples. Choose one of the following as it pertains to your work: 1.) Ten images, or three videos (no longer than two minutes) 2.) Three short musical selections (no longer than two minutes) 3.) Three to six writing samples

    The $35 application fee may be paid below. You must click "Submit Application Fee" below to process payment. Following payment the completed form can be submitted.

    Please Note:

    If accepted, a $250 cleaning fee must be paid before residency starts.
